Peking ZhiLu International Nutritional Medical Research Institute is one of the research institutes that was engaged in the professional academic research in the field of nutritional health at the earliest stage. The research institute was in the light of the policy that "science and technology make people the center, the nutrition serves society". After establishment, our institute absorbed a group of talent with high educational background and high title of a technical post. Our institute is composed by the following departments: Scientific Research Institute for Academic Tasks; Software Development Dept.; Teaching Dept.; Information Management Dept.; Public Nutritionist's Office. There are 5 well-known nutritionists, 3 national assessor of foodstuff safety of HACCP and 12 researchers with professional medical science background, who are absorbed in the development of the nourishment health software and technique service. Focused on the nutritional health education, based on the technological research and software development and supported by the product expansion and technique service, our institute is seeking an internationalized and industrialized development on vast scale.

 Since the establishment, Peking ZhiLu International Nutritional Medical Research Institute has built up a system for cultivating the nutritional health management talent and cooperated with some teaching and training unit for vocational education training. Through these cooperation, talent with professional knowledge and practical operation skills have been introduced to many companies. Two scientific research tasks have been established. One is “Nutrition and Health Preservation” and the other is “The Relation between Lack of Nutriment inside the Body and Food Habit”. Besides, the first set of software has been developed successively and independently, they are 《I&nourishment》 which is aim at family-- the comprehensive software of nourishment go together with meal, 《I&nourishment》which is aim at diabetic-- the application software of diabetes nourishment management, 《I&nourishment》which is aim at nutritionist-- the tool software of nourishment vegetable calculation. In August 2006, we set up "Public Nutritionist's Office" and “Website of Nutriological Talent in China” with the second healthily professional committee which is belonged to Chinese International Communication and Promotion Institute of Medical Health Care. Since then, a good communication and interactive platform has been built for nutrition and the masses, enterprises and nutritionists as well as science and talent.

 With the development of society and the standard of living, our nation is paying more attention to the civilians’ nutrition and health. It is becoming a strong desire to have healthy diet with appropriate nutrition and promote health. Our institute will carry on extensive communication with related organizations, and develop into a first-class scientific research institute in the field of nutritional health.
